Princess Eon dress V2

I know this is is last minute, lol, but I made this.

I wanted to make another princess eon dress, but couldn't access my computer, so I made it on my ipad orz   To make up for the terrible sketch, here's an explanation. 

The entire dress is a pale sky/baby blue, the purple part is translucent, the pastel yellow has a metallic colour, although I didn't illustrate it. Also the purple part of the "sleeves" parts at the inside of the arm. Yeah, I hope you understand it. XDD
